2. Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes. We offer same-day delivery within New York City for select orders placed before our daily cutoff time.

This service is ideal for last-minute hosting, gifting, or when timing matters. Availability and pricing are shown at checkout.


3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are fulfilled from our New Jersey warehouse and typically ship within 1–2 business days.

Standard delivery times vary based on location, but most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.


4. Do you offer free shipping?

We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $150 within the United States.

Shipping rates for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.


5. Are your products authentic?

Yes. All products are sourced directly from authorized brands and partners.

We only carry authentic pieces from established luxury manufacturers.


6. Can I send an order as a gift?

Absolutely. Many of our pieces are selected with gifting in mind.

You can ship directly to the recipient, and we take care to ensure presentation reflects the quality of the item.


7. Do you offer gift wrapping? 

We are working on offering premium gift presentation options. Please reach out if you have a specific request and we will do our best to accommodate.


8. What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

Due to the nature of certain items, some exclusions may apply. Full details are available in our return policy.


9. What if an item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photos and your order number.

We will resolve the issue quickly, either through replacement or refund.


10. Can you restock sold-out items?

Many of our products can be restocked within a few days.

If an item you’re interested in is unavailable, feel free to reach out and we’ll provide an expected timeline.


11. Do you work with designers or offer bulk orders?

Yes. We are happy to support interior designers, event planners, and bulk gifting needs.
