Refund policy

You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving an order for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required.

Unless otherwise stated, we do not accept any returns or offer refunds for orders placed outside of the United States.

We will inspect all items when they arrive at our returns facility. The full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges will be refunded if your return is a result of our error or a defective product.

If the return is not a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge, insurance, 20% restocking fee and return shipping fees. This applies to both domestic and international returns.

In case of items that are returned with signs of damage, refunds will not be applicable.

You will receive a refund, including any customs, tariffs, and taxes on the order. Your refund will be issued within 21 business days after the package arrives at our facility.

You will receive an email once your refund has been issued. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take up to 5 additional business days for processing. If you have any questions or concerns about credit posting, please contact your financial institution.
