Refund policy

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the merchandise value. Proof of purchase or a gift receipt is required.

Returns are free. We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, and we never charge restocking fees.

Returns are accepted for orders shipped within the United States.

All returned merchandise is inspected when it arrives at our returns facility. Items must be returned in their original condition and must not show signs of damage, use, or wear. Items returned with damage, wear, or use that was not present when the item was received are not eligible for a refund.

If your return is the result of an error on our part, or the item arrived damaged or defective, we will refund the full merchandise value and any original shipping charges.

Applicable taxes on the refunded merchandise will also be refunded.

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are issued within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take up to 5 additional business days for the refund to appear on your account.
