Shipping policy
At Parci Parla Home, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the item, destination, availability, and whether an item ships directly from one of our suppliers.
Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150.
Standard shipping typically arrives within 7–10 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Some items ship directly from our suppliers and may require additional processing or transit time. Items ordered together may also arrive in separate shipments.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Expedited 3-Day Shipping
Expedited 3-day shipping may be available for eligible in-stock items shipping within the contiguous 48 United States.
Additional shipping charges will apply and are calculated at checkout based on factors such as the size, weight, and destination of the order.
For eligible orders received by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday, delivery is generally expected within three business days after processing. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays may require additional time.
Availability of expedited shipping may vary by product.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO Addresses
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may incur additional shipping charges.
Some heavy, oversized, fragile, or supplier-direct items may not be eligible for shipping outside the contiguous 48 states.
Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses may require additional transit time and may take approximately 4–6 weeks to arrive.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for select destinations.
For orders shipping to Canada, a $50 flat shipping rate may apply.
For other international destinations, shipping charges are calculated based on factors such as the destination, number of items, package dimensions, and weight.
Available international shipping options will be displayed during checkout.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
International Returns
International orders are generally not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Delivery Surcharges
Bulky, oversized, heavy, fragile, or limited-availability items may be subject to additional delivery or handling charges.
Any applicable charges will be displayed during checkout when possible.
Returns, Restocking Fees, and Return Shipping
Eligible U.S. returns are subject to the terms of our Refund Policy.
For eligible returns that are not the result of an error on our part or a defective product, the following may be deducted from the refund:
- Original shipping charges
- Insurance charges, where applicable
- Return shipping costs
- A restocking fee of up to 20%, where applicable
For eligible U.S. returns, Parci Parla Home may provide a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of that label may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
